Engineering work included preparing wells for workovers, enabling the ramping up of gas field production, & the installation of cutting-edge technologies that produced a 200% incremental increase in the liquid unloading capability of Coal Seam Gas wells * Reservoir Engineering: onshore Coal Seam Gas fields - technical assurance of volumetric estimation; participated in open-hole wire line logging operations, & subsequent data interpretation, to gather information at reservoir conditions that was utilized to estimate the volume of the reservoir, productivity & potential for development; ran quick-look production tests on wells to estimate the productivity from future wells & optimise technical/commercial development; conducted well test analyses to determine likely well productivity & define fault compartments * Field Development Planning: onshore Coal Seam Gas Joint Ventures (JV) - infill well planning optimization; managed the JV data transitions to an enterprise-class data visualisation & analytics platform; government reporting for technical & environmental work; technical assurance for JV commercial contract justifications Show less
