In this position, I assisted master students with the elective course Control Systems Laboratory. The goal of this course is for students to gain hands-on experience with the design and implementation of computer-controlled systems. There were three available setups (flexible link DC motor, ’helicopter’ model, double rotating pendulum) and the assignment consisted of system identification, observer/controller design and implementation on the real system.
