  I appraise all types of real property, primarily for public road right of way projects. This includes site and property inspections, meetings with property owners, data collection from a variety of sources, occasional meetings with special assistant attorney generals, and occasional depositions and court appearances as an expert witness. I am also approved to perform review appraisals of non-complex and complex appraisal reports for other district staff appraisers and consultant appraisers. All appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with 49 CFR Part 24, the Uniform Act, which establishes a foundation for ensuring that owners of real property acquired for state highway construction projects are treated fairly and consistently.
