      *Developed B2C Home Improvement Start Up. *Hired and trained all inside and outside sales personell. *Primary duties included building a team of telemarketers and canvassers. I Started with 2 telemarketers and grew the call center to over 20 telemarketers. I then created a canvassing team that grew to 15 employees. I provided the computers, CRM software, training materials, reports, and did all the hiring, sales management, dispatching, and outside sales support. I reported directly to the CEO and President, whom after 2 months were confident in letting me handle the business alone. I ran the business as a satellite office allowing the President and CEO to work offsite. *Implemented and managed use of Y-Tel CRM and Vanilla Soft CRM. *Handled all HR specific hiring, lay offs, and employee paperwork. *Handled all payroll, marketing, and operations of the company. *Implemented thorough skills and knowledge of call center operations. *Utilized extremely strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills. *Used– MS office (Word, Excel, and Access) *I practiced a strong, flexible work ethic and held myself and my team to high attendance standards.
