Kornelia is truly wonderful to have in a team, she takes a brief beautifully, stretches it to its limits, and always delivers. She is a real asset to any creative team, as she manages a team and work load as beautifully as she ideates, creates, and delivers. She is unusual in the industry because she can be as commercially orientated as she can be creative. She is full of ideas every day of the week, and can make magic from very little. She leads a set incredibly well, and has a wonderful database of creative collaborators at her fingertips. We miss her already and I cant recommend her highly enough.

Kornelia is a powerhouse. Of all the people that can come and go in our professional careers, only a few leave a lasting impression. I worked with her for just over a year, and it was the fastest year of my career yet. Time flies, etc. etc...! As a designer, she's got endless experience, a super keen eye, and she knows what works, it's that simple! We both have backgrounds in fashion particularly, and it was so nice to have that mutual understanding in a slightly different industry – bringing that perspective into our work sparked something new in the way we approach campaigns as a brand, and the outcome was that much stronger for it. She's a brilliant creative, but more importantly, she's everything a team could ask for in a leader – she challenged convention, was an absolute laugh day in and day out, and not once did she give up on advocating for the good of our team and the work that we produce. She pushes for greatness tirelessly and she truly has so much passion it's exhausting (in the best way!). She always keeps the momentum and it's hard not to want to match that kind of energy when you work with her, it really is contagious. I'm so thankful for the time I got to grow beside her, however short. Anyone and everyone will have the best time working with her, if they're so lucky.
