. Dr. Novak has a great track record as a C-level professional and demonstrated ability as a mentor and consultant to other C-level executives. Professional skills notwithstanding, as a female Dr. Novak has worked in male dominated fields, had high achieving male counterparts and subordinates where she has exemplified and taught others how to show grace and compassion without appearing as weak or ineffective. As a C-level trainer, Dr. Novak is unique, using her behavioral health background to understand executives and help them soften aggressive traits and strengthen weaknesses, perceived and real. Dr. Novak’s education and professional background gives her an edge identifying a person's natural proclivities to advantage them in a business setting. Conversely, Dr. Novak is also able to identify detrimental behaviors, devising methods to work through or around those traits making executives more efficient and effective in their communication and with their work product.
