Presented progress updates to key stakeholders (i.e., Indian Health Service, Board of Supervisors). Completed annual strategic planning and forecasting; and prepares and administers a multimillion dollar operating budget. Oversaw building repair and maintenance, negotiating contracts. Added new care and service lines, extended clinic hours and opened a full-service dental clinic in a frontier medical setting. By seeing more patients, increased profits and raised patient satisfaction. Launched new pharmacy policies and procedures and managed patient safety. Enhanced operational efficiency and success by instituting succession planning for leadership positions and training and cross-training staff. Reduced labor turnover costs by building exceptional relationships with management and staff. Rolled out a recruitment strategy and retention program.
