Presented progress updates to key stakeholders (i.e., Indian Health Service, Board of Supervisors). Completed annual strategic planning and forecasting; and prepares and administers a multimillion dollar operating budget. Oversaw building repair and maintenance, negotiating contracts. Added new care and service lines, extended clinic hours and opened a full-service dental clinic in a frontier medical setting.
