BCA's principals have represented a variety of sellers and purchasers, including life insurance companies, pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, lenders (including REO), bank trust real estate departments, and government agencies, plus numerous private real estate investors and partnerships. Although Berkeley arranges investment sales throughout the Southeast, the majority of our activity is concentrated in the Carolinas. No other brokerage group, including the national firms, has sold more shopping centers or single tenant properties in the Carolinas. Berkeley accordingly is very well known to the purchasers active in our region, and we are proud of our national reputation as a reliable and consistent source of investment properties.
