Korey Nilemo and I were coworkers at Starz between 2014 and 2017. During this time, I was SVP and Corporate Secretary in Starz’s legal department, and Korey was Client Support Technician in Starz’s IT department. All of us in the legal department came to depend on excellent client support from Korey, always on a moment’s notice. Korey would consistently appear at our office doors within moments following a phone call or trouble ticket. A sensible and effective workaround was never far behind, always followed by a permanent solution. Korey has a gift for solving problems. I remember Korey best when Starz would host Make a Wish Foundation children for an annual afternoon at Starz. Starz employees would chip in to build and manage a red-carpet entrance for the Make a Wish kids, tours of TV editing and broadcast facilities, meals in the corporate cafeteria and an afternoon of age-appropriate interactive games. Korey was always front and center in the interactive game gallery, with scores of raucous Make a Wish kids swarming around his feet, happily coordinating handheld consoles, high-definition screens, surround sound effects and all the best tricks for scoring extra points. Out of the many Starz employees working on Make a Wish at Starz, Korey was always the kids’ favorite. When I left Starz in 2017, Korey kindly gave me excellent advice for finding my own laptop computer and software for my new career directions. I highly recommend Korey for any team in any organization.

Korey and I worked closely between our companies to insure that the product and support we were delivering to our customers was the best it possibly could be. Korey was a very dedicated technician that was always a pleasure to work with. I hope to work with Korey again in the future.
