North South Commuter Railway Extension Project, October 2020 to April 2022. Key outcome: Monitored the compliance of 26 Railway Stations to Accessibility Laws and Gender Requirements. My policy suggestions where approved, providing inclusive services for passengers with disability. Specifically, I spearheaded accessibility initiatives such as initiating and developing an Accessible Travel Policy for Railway Operators to enhance inclusive transport in Operations & Maintenance of the Railway Sector; Developing and endorsing Proposed Amendments to the local accessibility law to the National Council for Disability Affairs; and orchestrating a proposal to redesign the Philippine Railway Institute’s current curriculum to emphasize inclusivity for railway personnel North South Commuter Railway Extension Project, February 2019 to September 2020. Key outcome: Executed the procurement of 2 major civil works contract packages amounting to roughly 37 billion pesos which included intensive coordination and compliance under Asian Development Bank Procurement and FIDIC Pink Book Guidelines.
