Anthony volunteered full time with the Big Umbrella, a not for profit that feeds people on the streets of Melbourne, to build a social enterprise cafe. This initiative was designed to create a dependable and consistent revenue stream to fund the ongoing growth and activities of The Big Umbrella. Anthony was responsible for creating the brand, launching the company and scaling out activities to meet The Big Umbrellas long term goals.
