  Richmond, Indiana Manipulation of Plasma with magnetic field: (Earlham College spring 2017) I built a vacuum chamber with Ellen Keister, a physics professor at Earlham College. Theoretically, it would have used Deuterium atoms, raised to high temperatures to reach plasma state. We weren’t able to obtain a high enough vacuum for the Deuterium atoms to be manipulated into plasma. Metal casting in metal lab for building and adapting parts to the vacuum chamber.
