Konstantinos had participated to the below projects: - Qatar Foundation World Cup 2022 stadium (Year 2017): Also known as the Education City Stadium, this landmark will be one of the playing venues of the 2022 World Cup to be held in Qatar. Konstantinos was involved on the early design phases of the project. - Naufar Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre (Years 2013 - 2017): This hospital project included the construction of a treatment and rehabilitation center, comprising a main building of outpatients, a social club, villas, mosque and substations, generator buildings and an underground parking in a built-up area of 71,000sqm. Konstantinos involed in the contruction of all building services including special systems such as nurse call system, laboratories, structural cabling and master clock system. He also completed all infrastructure works and the design of a TSE plant for the water recovery of the cooling towers, the execution of the laboratory waste and RO plants for the treatment of the grey water system. Finally he completed the testing & commisioning of all MEP plants and managed the team during the maintenance riability period. - Qatar Foundation Student Housing Project (Years 2011 - 2013): Konstantinos was involved in the design and commissioning of all the Mechanical Sevices including infrastructure and plant rooms. His duties included the design of solar systems, photovoltaic and wind turbine systems, a Bio-mass wall for filtering the grey water system in order to maximise energy efficiency and water consumption. This project was the first Platinum LEED Certified project in Qatar. Show less

Konstantinos had participated to the below projects: - Hamad Medical City CP300A: Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City is a 7 star world class medical center of excellence consisting of over a half million sq. m. It is the second biggest healthcare development in the Middle East. Konstantinos completed successfully Phase I which includes the core and shell construction of four hospital towers, the infrastructure of the hospital services and the underground car park. Moreover this facility has been used during the Asian Games of 2006, as part of the Athletes Village in which Konstantinos was managing the Maintenance Team. - The Pearl – Qatar CP/10-1 Infrastructure and Building Projects: Konstantinos was involved in the design and construction of the Pearl Qatar Island. He completed all infrastructure works in a total area of 4km2 including the world largest IDCP network, 18 sewage lifting stations, vacuum waste network, data center, domestic potable water plant and 11kV substations. Konstantinos was also involved in the design and construction of the Qanat Quartier Precinct. The Qanat Quartier Precinct included 1024 apartments, 180 townhouses and 31 villas spread over a total area of 562,000sqm. - Al Wakra Hospital: Al Wakra Hospital provides a state of art Medical and Surgical facilities, a main building with a built up area of 88,000m2 and peripheral building which includes medical waste treatment building, a central MEP Plant room building, and a water tank building with a total built up area of 15,300 m2. The multi-story car park consists of four floors and a built up areas of 25,000 m2. Show less
