Kostas established in 1995 the Department for Landscape & Agriculture, having as main scope to: • organize networks of farmers in Crete for producing organic food to feed 8,000 guests per night in the Grecotel hotels on the island, • organize and offer technically support the farmers for implementing organic farming practices, • implement Sustainable Landscape management for all Grecotels.
