Projects I've been managing since the start of Fastdev's career in September 2021 are from the Lendo family which is one of the leaders in the bank's aggregator area. A few words about the projects and their specific: 1. Lendo.no. — Fastdev team includes 3 PHP Russian-speaking BE. — We maintain and develop the most high-load products: private loans, car loans, and credit cards. — Technically, the specific of the project is its multilayered architecture, legacy-coded, and some outdated technology (Zend 1). — To make the product more flexible our team migrated some stuff from the monolith to microservices. — An important part of our responsibility is integration via API (REST) with the banks. Taking into account that the flow of each integration has its own specifics we should take care of picking up the requirements and customizing solutions. — We collaborate with the product team, and other tech teams located in Norway in synchronizing all processes that require communication regularly. — I'm partly responsible for making QA including working with the databases and logging tools such as Humio and Kubernetes. 2. The Team integrations Lendo-Fastdev — The Fastdev team includes 3 Golang Russian-speaking BE. — We're focused on writing and supporting integrations for different Lendo markets. That means we should organize regular communication with the different product and tech teams to figure out the processes for each platform that have their own specifics. — Taking into account that the flow of each integration has its own specifics we should take care of picking up the requirements and customizing solutions. — I'm partly responsible for making QA. 3. Another managerial responsibility of mine is the staffing for both teams in collaboration with the Account managers, Resource managers, and the HR team. It became pretty important due to the ongoing global processes. Show less

Web projects of full cycle including design, frontend, backend, Internet marketing, SEO, SMM, BA, and QA. Among the dozens of projects I will highlight two with relevant experience: - vityaz.aero — the most complicated, exciting, and valuable project during my time at the company. At the time, the project consisted of a back-end in PHP, a front-end in vue.js, and a self-written automated information system in pure PHP. — CustDev on vityaz.aero. The project was inherited from another contractor. There was a lack of documentation and understanding of how things should work. In the first year of the project, we focused on studying the needs of internal customers - shipping service, commercial service, etc. Ordinary employees who worked with the system regularly were interviewed. — JTBD on vityaz.aero. We used the Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology along with the CustDev, which formed the basis of the site redesigna and the metrics collection system. - beruedu.ru is a regional delivery service from a KFC franchisee (who became the new co-owner of the franchise renamed Rostiks). — CustDev on beruedu.ru. Based on the experience of specific users, we figured out how to improve service (usability, communication with the delivery service), and ultimately increase LTV. Additionally, much attention was paid to identifying the needs of the delivery service - users of the admin panel and courier apps - to improve the service. The result was a change in the admin interface and the addition of new data for internal reporting. — BI, data-driven approach on beruedu.ru. The product owner and our team built a BI system including tens of dashboards. We monitored a list of metrics and simulated which changes can provide the main result. Show less
