PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR Pindan Constructions 2009 – PresentIn my current role as Project Manager, I proactively liaise with traders and suppliers to ensure continuous flow of materials and equipment necessary for the optimal outcome of projects. I carefully read, analyse and interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to give clear instructions regarding operations and to be able to monitor compliance with construction documents. Moreover, I analyse data on hand to correctly calculate costs and estimate completion times to prepare tender bids and deal with contract variations and make necessary adjustments. I engage with suppliers of materials and equipment to facilitate the procurement as well as supervise the delivery and distribution of materials on site. Strictly, I adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations and enforce it across the project. I perform all task focused on quality and productivity through continuous supervision and leadership as well as creating SWOT analysis. I keenly identify and resolve any issues related to work and improve processes to increase productivity. I comply with existing legislations regarding constructions and housing through interactions with legal professionals.SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORGroup Five Housing & Projects 2002 to 2008To ensure efficiency of operations, I provided assistance to Projects Manager at the Tender Stage of the project. With a forward-thinking approach, I reviewed all aspects of the project to identify and implement methods for effective Cost Control. I then carried out strategies to enforce Quality Assurance in alignment with ITP’s standards. I monitored project activities to track and forecast cost, ensuring budget allocation supports efficient operations whilst being profitable at the same time.
