During the co-op term at T4G, I had the privilege of developing skills and hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer. Being an integral part of the team responsible for shaping and delivering creative cloud solutions for various clients, my responsibilities included building and automating cloud-based services and environments using various toolsets and frameworks, while maintaining comprehensive documentation. While working with trusted subject matter experts, I was able to deploy advanced Power BI reporting and functionality to meet regulatory compliance standards for clients. My final project at T4G focused on the deployment and configuration of Azure Lighthouse to provide T4G Cloud Services Provider business offering, a single control plane to view and manage Azure across all their customers with higher automation, scale, and enhanced governance. With Azure Lighthouse, T4G can deliver managed services using comprehensive and robust management tooling built into the Azure platform. My other responsibilities included: Directly support customers and resolve critical issues. Monitoring incoming support requests, accurately create and update service tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate levels of support.
