Head of Pitch To London

In May 2020 I have become the main organiser of Pitch To London contest and successfully update the contest formula to online editions of Polish Tech Day conference during the COVID pandemic.• Served as a Judge in a few editions of Wolves Summit and Unicorn Pitches startup contests representing PLUGin Foundation.• I am creating a series of webinars about startups, investing and technology trends. I am responsible for topics, finding speakers and building relationships with partners like Google for Startups, Huge thing startup accelerator or Krakow Technology Park. Co-organising a "Pitch to London" contest for Polish startups during Polish Tech Day conference. The contest promotes Polish technology companies and investment opportunities in CEE.• Found multiple sponsors for PtL prizes and gathered a Jury of over 25 investors and business experts.• Organised a series of informal fireside chat meetings for startups where they could learn about the UK startup ecosystem with partners like PwC, Level39 or Kreos Capital.

Customer Experience Manager

I am responsible for identifying improvement opportunities for subscriptions and memberships projects within IPE.com and developing innovative CX strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention and brand loyalty. As part of this role, I am in charge of creating new products as part of the IPE subscription package and improving the onboarding user experience. My responsibilities also include building relationships with corporate clients and serving as the first line of communication. • I worked on a customer survey for over 1400 subscribers of IPE.com. As the leader of this project, my responsibilities included creating the project brief for various stakeholders within the organisation, designing the responders' logical paths, creating questions and analysing the answers. Based on the insights from the survey I have been working on the presentations and potential improvement scenarios as well as gathering ideas for further surveys and customer interviews. Show less

During my time at Outright Games, I served as the main data analyst responding directly to the Head of Mobile Games. I have been responsible for analysing both financial and user data of Bratz: Total Fashion Makeover and L.O.L Surprise! Movie Maker games. I have worked on improving data collected from mobile games as well data tracking structure that was used for yet unreleased mobile game based on leading children’s toy brand. • I have performed level and retention analysis that led to a major revampment of the difficulty curve in Bratz: Total Fashion Makeover mobile game. • I have performed also sidequest and completion rate analysis that was used to identify patterns in players’ behaviour. I have analysed items in the in-app store and time-limited deals to identify areas for improvement. • My actions led to overall financial performance improvement and growth of gross ARPU by 61% within 3 months and I have created the initial version of the cumulative ARPU spreadsheet that was used for further financial analysis. PRODUCT EXPERIENCE • Successfully managed over 50 clinical studies for multiple clinical and pharmaceutical organisations. • Developed from start to finish over 25 clinical data transmittal processes. Gathered requirements and wrote specifications for each process. Developed and tested SQL code used to produce output file sent to client. • Updated and reorganised over 10 data processes according to the new specification and data issues listed by clients. Identified the root cause of the issues and prepared plan to solve them. Updated and tested SQL code for each of them. Performed quality control and did regression testing to assure that any unexpected changes are not present. • Discussed and prepared 10 detailed plans with project management department for Interim and Final analysis including expected time required to fix the issues, extract and process data as well any additional steps required to provide final data transfers. • Designed and developed detailed presentation about Lab Data Management department. Used for training of new employees within multiple departments. My main responsibilities include providing accurate, timely, and consistent clinical data to both sponsors and internal clients. I manage multiple concurrent data transmission processes and other data management projects.
