  Job Profile: Testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting activities of all Electrical equipments in the oil and gas plant ,power Plant, Oil gathering Centre , ESP Wells and oil flow stations. Testing and calibration of the protective Relays for Gas Turbine generators ,power and Distribution transformers, HV/LV motors. Effectively managing the maintenance/troubleshooting of the following •MV/LV Power and Control panels , Motors and Motor Control Centers and Distribution Boards • Gas turbine generators ,Gas generators and Emergency diesel generators. • Power Transformers-both dry type and oil immersed •Protection panels and synchronization panels • UPS and DC current panels(110 V ) with Ni-Cd battery Banks including Rectifier, Charger and invertors •Is limiters and reactors (11KV/1600 amps) •Mechanical equipment package electrical systems, e.g. HP,MP& LP compressors, , instrument air compressors(Screw type and reciprocal type), Overhead cranes, chemical injection systems, Boilers ,Fire pumps etc •Primary/Secondary Current injection testing on CT's and testing of knee voltage, ratio test, polarity test. •Testing of all ACB, VCB, SF6 and MCCB •Auto transfer system for LV switch boards and emergency generator including black start and test run. •Familiar with preparation of specifications and procurement of equipment such as Gas Turbines, Diesel Generators, LV, MV and HV Switch Gear, Transformers, Motors, Cables, UPS Battery and battery charger, Distribution/Panel boards, etc •Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Earthing, Lighting, Lightning Protection & Cable Tray Layouts.
