Manually calculate the ammount of (Cargo oil, Fuel oil, and Fresh Water) in the nomination tank before or after loading and before or after discharge i. Create and analyze the sources of violations of the use of Fuel oil and Fresh water k. Making an analyze of sources and causes of lack or excess cargo l.
