Komal came on board as the only Payroll Specialist at Caring in conjunction with the rollout of a new HRIS and Payroll system. From the day she joined the company she ran with the project, set up new processes and ran the first payroll without a hitch within two weeks of coming on board. While Komal is a Payroll expert she also assumed several staff accountant duties as well as assisting with both AP and HR. Komal is very detail oriented, organized and a self starter. She is a very quick learner and will take the time to figure things out on her own, always offering a proposed solution to any issues she encounters before seeking help.
