Territorial-Landworks, Inc (TLI) is a full service Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management and Land Use Planning firm with locations in Missoula, Billings, and Sidney, Montana. We service all of Montana, Eastern Washington, and Western North Dakota. Kolten started at Territorial Landworks, Inc. with a construction background. Kolten then was involved in performing inspections on a number of projects being overseen by TLI in Missoula and has experience with water, sewer, grading and drainage inspection. Kolten currently acts as the Branch Manager in TLI’s Eastern Montana offices in Sidney & Billings, MT.
