As part of the work-integrated learning subject Career Ready Learning and Practice (CRLP200), I interned with The Growth Drivers, a business innovation consultancy firm that uses systems thinking and human-centred design thinking to solve "wicked" problems and create lasting impact for organisations. During my professional placement, I predominantly worked with the Innovation Business Unit under the guidance of a Project Manager and: * Reviewed and synthesised strategic plans and forward procurement plans of tier 1 and 2 partners and potential clients to develop into materials used for TGD's business development activities * Presented key findings from 2 business research projects to the Managing Director and Innovation Business Unit * Shadowed a follow-up stakeholder meeting with a new international client and learned about stakeholder engagement procedures and protocols * Evaluated TGD's company website and made 4 recommendations for user experience improvement
