  Relocated AcBel RSO office from Kuala Lumpur to Pulau Pinang and transformed it to RD Labs, Lab was started with POS power supply design house for key customer like Wincor Nixdorf, NCR and IBM, later on successfully captured Wincor Nixdorf ATM power supply business, in year 2010. RD capability further enhance with capable to handle Philips MRI Shim power supply, which is a 450W 5 Channel current source psu.I'm talented with various type of psu; Low frequency X'mer design and High frequency type. My knowhow and expertise to design Low Frequency Linear transformer, small power 35W adapter upto 135KW distribution power transformer. Most of my and knowhow and experience contributed to AcBel in High Frequency switching PSU. Started from setup and operate the RD, I used to help sales to capture business by providing proposal and solutions, come out the material cost and time line for the development.I could derived various isolated and non-isolated converter transfer function and all power path components, each project is predetermined by MathCad worksheet, this will ensure each parameter is well calculated or optimized. Had helped AcBel China RD come out the needed process for ISO9001, and won approvals in year 2000.AcBel trusted me to setup and run the Whole Penang operation since 2004, with proven expertise and capability running the China RD operation, from 1999 to 2004.In China RD, won Wincor Nixdorf POS business.In Penang, won NCR POS, IBM POS business and Won Wincor Nixdorf ATM's business.
