  As president I serve to cast vision and lead initiatives of the ministry. So far we have launched seven mission trips in three different countries in the span of five years.   As pastor I engage in three lines of work. (1) Preaching/teaching duties. Therefore I preach/teach every Friday night for our various AY programs. I preach Saturday mornings and host many sabbath afternoon spiritual programs. We also kicked of an initiative called bible boot camp, which I teach every Sunday. (2) counseling and personal nurturing. This is where I talk to local parishioners privately to help them navigate through life through the person and teachings of Jesus. (3) Finally I engage in various administrative duties. Where I create and manage the 20 teams we have created amongst our youth to ensure productivity. This is out work
