The organization is a post-high school educational option for people who excel through hands-on learning rather than traditional books and tests. Many brilliant high school graduates cannot afford the time or the money to attend a two- or four-year college and need to be employed more immediately. Yet, businesses find that high school graduates lack certain qualities to be valuable employees in the workforce. LHK partners with these businesses to design the curriculum based on the business's needs. LHK is also an excellent option for those who are returning to the workforce after a long break.
