I was fortunate to work with Keethia for 3 years while she was Student Services Manager at Year Up. As a member of a team, Keethia brings integrity, a positive attitude and a deep sense of commitment to everything she does. She provides support in the form of resources and coaching, helping young adults to gain access to necessary support services and to build the confidence and life skills needed to be successful. Keethia is also a talented facilitator. She has a contagious enthusiasm that grabs the attention of those she is leading. She is accessible, charismatic and welcoming to all, allowing her to command the attention of her audience with a sense of purpose and a sense of humor, all while creating the desire to know more.
