Kogi is one of the best leaders I have ever worked with. He can manage his team with excellent communication and ensure that his team always has good time management to handle all the projects. His ability to deal with a problem and come up with new ways to achieve results was always an inspiration. He also kept the team motivated and proactively shared his valuable knowledge. Although Kogi is not my direct report according to the company structure, he is very keen to dissect my problems and aspiration as a product designer. He is even willing to find out the best solutions that he can think of. A very thoughtful product designer whom I can vouch for. I work closely with Kogi and report to him directly during most of my project within the half of 2022. Kogi is such a good role model as a Lead, he is very good at balancing the project framework, managing the timeline, keep the project under control through regular check in and discussion, until the execution of the design, I experienced it myself when planning a research with Kogi, he gave the experience on how to carefully plan the research question to get the most insight from users, defining the most potential persona for the project and he's very open to new idea and discussion which can bring us to a better outcome when executing the project. his design technical and documentation is also is very good. Kogi also a team player, he can trust his team mates to take on responsibility of the project and maintain the project PIC regularly, he shows great leadership, working with him is like having a mentor as well, I'm very lucky to have met him during our work together, look forward to work with him again!
