First of all, I would say that Koen is the most positive man I have met in my businessl life. During European Sales meetings, it's always been a pleasure to have him around the table providing valuable feedback, sharing market trends, and supporting all intiatives in the direction of hitting the targets. Regarding his Sales Engineer role, I always felt backup as well when double checking features or set-ups on digital wireless product lines with him for instance. So when time has come to add a positive and supportive player to your business team, I really believe Koen is your man !

      Algam Benelux is an independent musical instrument distributor who works in a very close relationship with the big France distributor Algam. We're distributing a large number of Musical Instrument brands. Next to our CEO (Alain Bokken), we have a nice team of passionate and experienced people in Marketing, Sales and (After Sales) Service. My responsibility is to stimulate, control, coordinate and inspire our complete AB Music & AB Audio sales team to reach a higher result. Both in revenue and in dealer satisfactory. I'm personally responsible for the sales to our Key Accounts which I visit almost every month. I have to analyze our sales results and report this to our CEO, our brands and to the Algam office in Nantes (France). It's my job to find solutions for reaching our targets or to overachieve these targets. As a Keyboard/Audio specialist I also have a role in promoting our Keyboard (Nord) and Audio products in the Benelux market and organise workshops/trainings when necessary. Show less
