I've had the opportunity to work with Koemi both as a partner when she was with IBM and as a colleague at ADLINK. There's much to be impressed with regarding Koemi's performance, but what tops my list is her willingness to volunteer for cross-functional initiatives and virtual teams to help expand the capabilities of our lean marketing group. She is driven and enthusiastic and can be both a leader and a role player; her goal is to advance her team, not just herself. I would gladly take her with me everywhere I go.
