At PPM, I was tasked with conducting wetland delineations, wetland determinations, and Section 404 permitting, and provided consultation regarding wetland mitigation projects and monitoring plans. I completed several endangered species assessments including correspondence with the USFWS and LDWF and, as such, I am familiar with regional ecology and wildlife monitoring and survey techniques. I provided cultural and archaeological correspondence with SHPO. I conducted hundred of Phase I ESAs and managed dozens of others for banks, land developers, agricultural, and industrial clients on properties as diverse as11,000-acre tracts of farmland, retail petroleum stations, oil field properties, automotive paint and maintenance shops, various commercial facilities, fuel terminals, and factories/plants. Additionally, I prepared dozens of SPCC and SPC plans for industrial and agricultural clients. In addition, I prepared SWPPP, mining permits, storm water discharge permits, and wastewater discharge permits (general and individual). I am familiar with LDEQ sampling protocol for groundwater and discharge sampling, and I have scheduled and conducted required DMR sampling events. I have experience with various remediation technologies including DPVE, in-situ chemical injection, ozone remediation, and phyto-remediation techniques. I have a working knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, the CWA, LA RECAP, NHPA, ESA, and other state and federal law. Show less
