Lead full stack developer for multiple efforts, focused on hardware (HW) station user interface (UI) automation in C#. Led the merging, rebalancing, and training of a 20-employee team through formal qualification testing (FQT). Decreased FQT execution time by over 70% by automating testing scripts in Python and MATLAB via JSON mapping. Increased software adoption of legacy HW by over 300% by applying standard UI design principles, schemes, and framework normalization. Interfaces were optimized with ADA principles and now are used enterprise wide. Implemented full scale Scrum methodology on multiple projects and promoted into scrum master for six teams. This included storyboarding, sprint planning, swim lanes, branch policies, scrum rituals and meeting standardization. Developed and presented metrics for weekly leadership status meetings that became project standards. Developed and participated in global Transgender Day of Visibility panel on sharing trans and non-binary stories. Engaged with and trained senior leaders on the importance of queer diversity in the workplace. This included networking across multiple lines of business and generating value- proposition presentations for funding. Led cultural improvements to reduce transgender harassment in the workplace. This included increasing awareness and signage for gender neutral bathrooms, distribution of educational materials across the region, and community outreach.
