      Lead full stack developer for multiple efforts, focused on hardware (HW) station user interface (UI) automation in C#. Led the merging, rebalancing, and training of a 20-employee team through formal qualification testing (FQT). Decreased FQT execution time by over 70% by automating testing scripts in Python and MATLAB via JSON mapping.
