Knut has been my manager at Moelven Eidsvold Værk from January 2007 until September 2014. In that period of time Moelven Eidsvold Værk has been through a series of major restructuring processes. Through these processes Knut has always stayed focused and positive no matter what problems and obstacles he faced. As a leader he is dedicated and eager to evolve his staff.
