      -Project Manager on various projects linked to “Project Lighthouse”, a major 2008-2009 turnaround project in DFDS, in which the DFDS Passenger business went from being a poor performing activity to being one of the most profitable business units in the DFDS Group. The projects I was involved in varied a lot – from increasing upsales at check-in and development of live-displays of sales onboard the vessels, to optimization of fuel consumption and development of new software for cabin cleaning. I was also involved in the building up of a new management and reporting system, in which there was a high focus on making information more accessible and tangible for the employees out "in the field" in the sales centres and onboard the vessels.-Project Manager on various projects related to the 2010 DFDS acquisition of Norfolkline from AP Møller Mærsk. This included projects leading up to the purchase (due diligence, identification of synergies, strategic planning) as well as projects after the purchase (company integration, harvesting of synergies, discontinuation of certain activities).-Project Manager for capacity and pricing related components of a new booking and inventory system we introduced in 2011.
