Bio
Jamie Lambert-Michalski
It has been my great pleasure to work with Kristen Miller on our Board of Directors at The Kimberlee Condominiums. She voluntarily stepped into an unfilled position as Secretary of The Board in April of 2017 and immediately took on an active, yet volunteer role redesigning the scope of the Secretary position. For example, she has improved communications with each member of the Board through frequent informational emails. In addition, communications improved for the entire membership when she created a useful newsletter filled with important tips and reminders. She has designed a more thorough format for new applicants to join our community. And as a service to our Board members has organized interview days in alignment with our Monthly Board meetings. By thoroughly organizing an applicants information, it allows the Board Members to make more thoughtful decisions. In yet another example she has taken it upon herself to ensure that each Board Member has drafted a job description of the role that they perform so that going forward there is a solid document of action steps that any future Board Member could follow. Kristen has poured much energy and enthusiasm into her position as Secretary of The Kimberlee Board. And she stands ready to continue her volunteer role in the coming years. I, for one, highly applaud her interest. Jamie Lambert-Michalski Insurance Director Kimberlee Board

Kristen has been an organized and professional force as secretary on on our co-op HOA board since 2017. She works well with a variety of personalities, has streamlined many of our processes, and keeps this group focused on the end goal of improving the quality of life and property values of all shareholders.
