Mike is one of the more brilliant and dependable people I have had the pleasure of working with. Any company that is wise enough to hire him will soon wonder how they got anything done without him. His problem solving skills are absolutely remarkable, as well as his work ethic. Mike has carried the work load of entire teams by himself, is an excellent capacity for training and is passionate about whatever he does. I remember I worked on an issue for a client that required troubleshooting for the entire work day. Even though he didn't have to, Mike volunteered to help me figure out the issue, even though he was working on something else. His attention to detail and persistent testing lead to a swift resolution. But this example, only scratches the surface of the value he brings. I would honestly jump at any opportunity to work with him or for him again.
