I truly enjoyed working with Katherine at conversationHEALTH, a conversational AI SaaS company. As VP, Professional Services, Katherine was responsible for solution configuration, delivery and managed services. In most organizations, this is a challenging role given the visibility and impact on business profitability and customer success; it was all the more at conversationHEALTH given rapid growth, always-evolving AI technology, and an acquisition. What I appreciated most was Katherine’s ability to manage complexity, i.e. accepting ambiguity and change positively; thinking analytically and decisively; building consensus across functions, oftentimes with limited authority. That’s why Katherine was a valued member of the Leadership Team.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Katherine for the last couple of years, at Swift Medical. During that time, I have consistently seen creative, outstanding and inspiring results from Katherine’s work. Katherine managed both our teams and the teams of external development partners that allowed our company to deliver a sophisticated and highly specialized wound care management solution, which was co-developed by no less than four different development teams working for four different companies, who had not developed with each other in the past. Katherine worked extensively with our clinical team to develop a thorough, streamlined, effective and scalable project management framework that allowed our company to rapidly increase our capacity to implement new clients while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction of those implementations. Katherine also led an initiative to scale the capabilities of our company to integrate with various electronic medical records systems, which saved us countless programmer hours and effectively opened significant new market opportunities for Swift. Other team members have consistently shared with me that having had the opportunity to work with Katherine and learn from her experience and passion for excellence has in turn helped them to become more capable and stronger team members. Myself included.

Market leading FHIR-based data and integration platform, serving payers, providers and health technology companies. I revamped implementation tools and processes for this growing enterprise healthcare software company, scaling the team of PMs and BAs from 3 to 33 in 12 months. Together, we launched 15 clients concurrently as they sought to meet a regulatory deadline.
