  I completed the second part of my two-month internship in the American Farm School of Thessaloniki, where I was employed full time for a month. In my time there I worked in several fields of the farm such as animal nutrition and health, animal breeding, as well as milk production and packaging.   I completed the first part of my two-month internship in the farm of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki during the summer of 2011, where I would visit the farm daily and be tutored by the professors of the school on the essentials of a working farm. Along with several of my classmates we would work on a daily basis on several projects such as livestock inoculation, artificial insemination, lab experiments on the field of fish aquaculture and also quality control of meat.
