I had the joy of reporting to Luka as my Manager when I first started at Whittard of Chelsea. His enthusiasm, care for details, and the importance he placed on outstanding, personable customer experience have all been hugely formative and have affected my own style of management when he then left the position. He's a natural coach, and despite the fact that we no longer work together I can still count on him, which has proven to be a true blessing over and over again. I am yet to meet someone more passionate than him in the industry.
