Within the Lehman Brothers Organization, I was responsible from a Regulatory, P&L, Accounting, Auditing, SOX and financial point of view Globally for all Futures, Futures Options, Single Stock Options and Foreign Currency (spot, Forwards, Swaps & FX OTC Options) contracts for all Lehman legal entities using these products . This included inter-company reconciliations, Point Balancing, Reconciling to Clearing Houses, Exchanges and or third party clearing agents. Responsible for the (daily. monthly & annually) CFTC domestic & Foreign Secured Customers calculations, in addition to the SEC 15c3-3 and FSA customer protection calculations in the U.K.. Responsible for handling all internal, External Audits (SEC, CFTC, DSRO, Internal audits, and external Auditors. Responsible for the opening of all Lehman legal entities in RISC [third party vendor Futures and FX package, inclusive of trade flows, settlements flows, affiliate / non-customer margin procedures.
