It was not only a pleasure but a benefit to have Klay intern with the Partnership this summer. He worked a number of projects, completing his work assignments on time and with impressive results. He was diligent and thoughtful, adding value beyond doing just the minimum of what was necessary. Klay is mature and professional beyond his years with a great sense of humor. I received numerous positive comments from other team members about their working relationship with Klay; cooperative, attentive and exceeded others expectations in his contribution to team projects. Incredibly, Klay drove an hour to work everyday from his home arriving consistently well ahead of schedule. I really appreciated the way Klay responded to feedback and suggestions for improvement; seeking to understand the feedback and apply to his efforts. He provided a very creative and insightful closing report prior to completing the internship. In light of Klay's contributions, I have invited Klay to return to the Partnership and would hire Klay as a full time team member given the opportunity. I highly recommend Klay for employment with other organizations as well.
