I worked closely with Klavdija during several years in L’Oreal, at the Active Cosmetics Division in the Adria Hub. Klavdija is a multi-faceted expert with the incredible capacity of getting teams on board her vision and bringing together various profiles to achieve a common goal. By simply listening and asking questions, she can deconstruct complex problems, clarify priorities, reorganize processes for better efficiency and find constructive solutions. She lead a large commercial team in several countries to create the category of dermocosmetics in the pharmacies of the region. She earned the full trust of all the pharmacy chain directors by showing the added value of the category, both for this specific retail channel as well as for their business. Still today, she is recognized as as THE EXPERT for the category in the region. Klavdija is a natural leader and builds her leadership on collaboration, empathy, trust, transparency and strategic vision. Being a leader means daring to be yourself and accepting yourself with all your qualities and faults. Being first a human being working with other human beings, trying to bring out the best in them and help them develop as professionals.
