I participate in recruitment and work alongside the CEO as a top manager in an organization of more than 15 people. 90% of the company's turnover comes from exports and I handle contract negotiations with the largest international customers. The company's personnel is international with more than 9 different nationalities and team spread in 6 different countries. I am member of the board and highly involved with companies funding projects with Business Finland & EU level.

I was working as a research assistant in Computational Systems Biology research group. I was working as a research assistant in the University's Tekes-funded project, where academic expertise in the BioIT field was commercialized. The work included building a business model and mapping the needs of potential customers while traveling in Europe. The target customers were top professionals in the bio industry. The work was independent and I was responsible for achieving the concrete results of the project. As a concrete results of the project, I created a business model for the company and acquired enough turnover to establish Genevia Technologies Oy.
