I had a chance to work with Klaudia for a few years at Growbots, as her direct manager. She was always putting a lot of effort into supporting our customers and making sure they achieve the desired results. Klaudia also had a chance to work on multiple cross-functional projects and she showed a strong ability to build sustainable relationships with all the stakeholders. She always put a lot of effort into her work to deliver the best possible outcomes. Besides that, she was a great addition to the team - always positive with a can-do attitude, energetic and humble. I really hope we will work together again in the future!

Working with Klaudia was one of the highlights of my whole career. The amount of diligence and thoughtfulness she brought to her role on a daily basis was amazing. She's also one of the most empathetic people, cherishing relationships with both senior stakeholders and her team in a meaningful way. She always put the customer first and had a "first fully understand, only then resolve" approach to creating/adjusting processes. The output of her work was always of great quality, she's a real swiss army knife, very good at balancing business and customer needs. It was a pleasure to work with Klaudia and I'm hoping to have a chance to work with her again asap :)
