Florian Serneels
I had the pleasure of having Klara as my intern from March 2017 until May 2017 in the Talent Acquisition team at Allegis Group in Brussels. During her internship I saw her grow in her role and as a person. Never making the same mistake twice she quickly learned every aspect of the position. She ended her internship with a successful internal hire that she herself managed from first contact to on boarding. From day one she always showed eagerness to learn and improve herself. She worked closely together with her internal stakeholders, who also took notice of how great she was doing as an intern.
