I worked with Kenny for 3 years at RateGenius (later, The Savings Group) mostly doing third party affiliate integrations. Whether it was a behemoth affiliate or a small one, Kenny always treated them with the utmost respect and gave them the time they deserved. Since I was the technical arm of the company, Kenny was often the liaison to our third party integrators. As we rolled out a system that oftentimes had breaking or annoying changes, Kenny was always patient and very quick to communicate to third parties what needed to be done. He was also quick to communicate back to us any potential issues he or affiliates saw, and offered his input to make things better overall. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
