• Leadership Development Associate (LDA), Supervising Attorney, 2019 – 2021 Managed all aspects of office management including performance management, budget, personnel, and return to office. Lead a series of collaborative discussions with sister office to look for ways for the offices could support one another while identifying areas and ways to work together. Developed a network of colleagues, both in the law department and enterprise wide, with whom I mentor with on all aspects of leadership and insurance defense topics, as well as corporate issues to increase business acumen.
