Kyle and I worked together at the Embassy Suites Hotel Walnut Creek. I have had the opportunity to observe Kyle's professional skills as well as interpersonal style. His work ethic and leadership skills were exemplary. As the Hotel's Front Office Manager Kyle was consistently pleasant, and handled the most difficult guest service challenges with professionalism and tact. Kyle lead his team with a deep passion and knowledge of the industry and would accept assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. As Director of Sales I could count on Kyle and his team to deliver the best guest experience to all of our clients while managing the desk with efficiency. Kyle worked with us as our FOM at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Walnut Creek, Ca. He was also our hotel's Manager On Duty every weekend. He oversaw the Front Office and the Valet Dept Operations, as well as a participant in our weekly Revenue Management Meetings. Kyle was very professional in all his dealings the his team, the hotel staff and guests. He performed all his duties in an exemplary manner, and his customer service skills set the bar for all of us. I could always count on Kyle's dedication, calm manner and friendly demeanor to handle all aspects of the operations. His follow up was commendable, and was a key contributor to our hotel's success.
