Kurt is very organized and detail oriented. He was a very good designer in that he took the time to make sure his designs were thoroughly worked through. Kurt's communication skills were also a plus.

Daniel Smith

I worked with Kurt for about 3 years. We had daily contact concerning projects we were working on. He was very meticulous with his design work and rarely made mistakes. Kurt brought a wide variety of experience to Outotec that he gained over many years in different industries. He was also working concurrently on a degree in project management. I feel he would make an excellent PM given his extensive technical background and additional schooling.
