Working on a project of massive scale in Sharjah, regarding the complete Electrical & Electro-mechanical foundation and set-up of new upcoming buildings under Al Fardan. So far I have mostly done contracting, tenders, quotations and such alongside working in the low-current electrical division. This is complete so we can now get started on the engineering, design & technical aspects i.e., initial implementation. After demonstrating my diverse reach in the field, I will Inshallah be included as Assistant Project Scientist to look into some Mechatronic aspects, alongside other Engineering features. Currently we are doing , mostly Meggering (insulation resistance testing) of dry-type power transformer, as of July 19. Upto early August, Electrical Safety Testing for 14 floors and 4 parking lots is to be done which includes the following: High Voltage Test (Dielectric Voltage-withstand Test) Further insulation resistance testing after maintenance procedures Earth Continuity Test Leakage Current Test (Line Leakage Test) Also portable appliance testing for FCU, AHU & FAHU as we are contracted for complete HVAC alongside the MEP works. As an author established a firm-hold in online publishing which helped gain tremendous real world experience of the unperceived harsh environment that is book-selling. Current I have sent my words to major publishing houses for hard-printing after successfully negotiation by my representative. https://www.wattpad.com/user/Kizznyc As an author established a firm-hold in online publishing which helped gain tremendous real world experience of the unperceived harsh environment that is book-selling. My skills keep people warm and toasty in mid-winter, or comfortably cool in the sultriest of summer heat waves. As if wielding this kind of puissance isn't reward enough on its own, I was well paid to keep grateful populace comfortable. Job Skills & Requisites Inculcation: Paid apprenticeships are standard in the HVAC industry, conventionally paid approximately half the rate of more experienced HVAC professionals in their area. Mechanical adeptness: Specialized in installation or repair, required to be good with machines, comfortable with electrical work and handy with a variety of implements. Endurance: Recollect how I'm provided comfort to the agog masses? Well, haplessly that signifies that while I was working at a job site, it's often uncomfortably sultry or cold. I frequently worked in cramped conditions installing and rehabilitating duct work and cognate appliances. Safety gear was must for working around insulation and hazardous materials. Hours: My HVAC company operated during mundane business hours throughout the week, and you can expect to work about 40 hours per week on average. On-call availability sometimes was required for emergencies on nights and weekends, especially with emiratis. Dressing the Part: My employer distributed uniforms, a standard compulsory apparel. Either way I orchestrated ahead– wear layers and be yare, no matter what temperatures you're dealing with that day. Job Myth “I'll just be fine-tuning heat pumps all day.” Most technicians are trained in both maintenance and installation, but even if you opt to pursue maintenance there are many different kinds of mechanical and electrical components involved in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. On the other hand, if you specialize in installation you'll be on construction and renovation sites installing incipient systems and running duct work. I did both mostly focused on the latter. • Strength And Conditioning Coach
      • Jul 2013 - Sep 2014

In my facility, we make sure every athlete has the knowledge and ability to demonstrate bodyweight movements before any resistance training. If an athlete of any age cannot perform a proper Push-Up, Pull Up, Squat, Lunge or Hanging Leg Raise, then this will establish their starting point. After an athlete has a solid base of GPP ( Strength, Speed, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, and Power), we can then focus on their Sport-Specific Physical Preparedness (SPP). Note that nothing we do in the weight room is sport specific, it is merely training the body to move correctly on the field of play. This will enable the athlete to accelerate, cut, and decelerate with control. This is a very critical section to focus on as an S&C coach because it helps us treat pre-existing injuries, muscle imbalances, and further address technique flaws. Again, this carries over into very specific exercises that will help bulletproof each individual. The final phase of training is Skill Specific Preparedness (SSP), which involves tapering the individual’s program. This will allow the athlete time to adjust to their new found strength, power, and speed. An athlete that has been getting ready for a skill position in football will taper off on heavy movements and try to maintain all the attributes they have gained throughout the season. As a coach it was must that I learn to monitor fatigue, overuse, nutrition, and rest to balance the program for each. Show less

      • May 2013 - Jul 2013

Specificity is key when training athletes, and many times this is overlooked by different training programs. It has been my experience that in the strength training community General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is the foundation for all levels. In the Strength & Conditioning field, there are different, basic movements and tests that we measured “sports athleticism” rather than “fitness athleticism.”I visited high school weight rooms on a regular basis where the typical 45lb bar is often the first thing an athlete learns to use. This is not acceptable! A 13-14-year-old with zero experience in resistance training should be taught to move without resistance first. Show less

As a fitness trainer and instructor I lead, instructed, and motivated individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise (exercises for the heart and blood system), strength training, and stretching. I worked with people of all ages and skill levels. Fitness trainers and instructors typically do the following: Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues Give emergency first aid if needed Show less
